Edelman is seeking an Account Executive to join our U.S. Health team, supporting communications programs for a leading global pharmaceutical client.

This role suits an emerging communications professional who enjoys writing, staying organized, and collaborating across teams to bring complex healthcare stories to life. You will draft and adapt press materials, coordinate timelines and reviews, and partner with creative, digital, and regulatory stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting client accounts in PR or public affairs.
• Interest in healthcare communications; prior industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and adapt client materials including press releases.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal/client reviews.
• Assist with regulatory review and approvals, including submissions.
• Attend client meetings, capture notes, and summarize action items.
• Maintain reporting and project documentation across workstreams.
