Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in public relations, communications, public affairs, or a related field.
• Experience developing PR or client-facing materials is preferred.
• Interest in healthcare or pharmaceutical communications; prior industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory review processes and Veeva or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and adapt press releases and client materials.
• Coordinate timelines, reviews, and client communications.
• Support development of project briefs and collaborate with teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas and notes.
• Maintain activity reports and day-to-day account operations.
• Assist with regulatory submissions when applicable.
