Job summary

Aether Aerospace in Patuxent River, MD seeks a Junior Foreign Disclosure Analyst to support the Foreign Disclosure Office in releasing information to international participants. You will review technical docs, track disclosure status in SharePoint, and help ensure compliance with ITAR and DoD acquisition policies while coordinating with case managers and stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• HS diploma required.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Policy and Procedure Support: assist FDO with developing and evaluating policies affecting release of information to international customers.
• Disclosure Review and Analysis: review and interpret technical information for disclosures.
• Policy Research: research disclosure policy and ensure compliance with ITAR and DoD guidelines.
• System Awareness: stay current with system configurations and FMS-related capabilities.
• Tracking and Reporting: maintain disclosure tracker and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• FMS Document Review: support FMS case development and provide guidance.
• SharePoint Tracking: upload documents into SPO for tracking and approvals.
• Note Taking: document meetings and actions for team.
• Team-Oriented: collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor juniors.
