Job summary

ACET, Incorporated is seeking a Journeyman Foreign Disclosure Management Analyst to join the H-53 program at NAS Patuxent River. In this mid-level role, you will perform technical and policy analysis to enable secure international cooperation, FMS, and collaborative engineering.

You will review cross-functional documentation, author framework artifacts, and ensure foreign national access complies with DoN and US government disclosure regulations, with responsibilities across reviews, TA/CPs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science from an accredited institution.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in international security cooperation, foreign disclosure, technology transfer, or defense export control.
• DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of SAMM, ITAR, NDP-1, and NAVAIR foreign disclosure processes.
• Strong analytical reasoning, precise editing and writing, and diplomatic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis to support FMS cases, international cooperative programs, and foreign national access decisions.
• Review program documentation, technical data, and engineering packages; coordinate cross-disciplinary reviews.
• Author, manage, and staff TA/CPs and related compliance artifacts.
• Assist in development of export licenses and Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs); monitor CFIUS cases.
• Develop security and compliance documentation for future international acquisition programs.
• Oversee data tracking, archival quality control, and training on international programs security.
• Investigate and resolve complex disclosure questions, data spills, or compliance issues.
