ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a new graduate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team in Sturbridge, MA. You will perform patient assessments, document findings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide efficient, high-quality urgent care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and certification by Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certifying body.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/CPR online-only not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care through health assessments, exams and medical histories.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and manage conditions.
• Administer injections, immunizations, and wound care; manage infections.
• Document medical records accurately and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other providers to plan coordinated, efficient patient dispositions and participate in continuing education.
