Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Sciences, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Science, etc.), or related
• Prior experience in contracting, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge and experience with the electrical trade

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly tasks and assign ownership for each project.
• Forecast factors affecting results to maximize efficiency.
• Learn scheduling, procurement, and billing processes on assigned projects.
• Support bid preparation with estimates and takeoffs.
• Manage projects to meet scope, timeline, and budget.
• Ensure productive craft labor and efficient use of materials.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure high-quality service.
• Promote safety and identify hazards to prevent accidents.
