Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist with the design and development of home décor products for mass market and private label accounts.
• Prepare accurate product specifications, Bills of Materials, and customer product setup sheets.
• Coordinate sample requests, product documentation, presentations, and cross-functional project tasks.
• Assist with multiple design and product development projects in a fast-paced production environment.
• 1–2 years of related experience or strong entry-level design training.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Designers, Sales, and Account Directors in developing product lines for assigned customer accounts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new home décor concepts.
• Communicate with the in-house sample team to request samples and support timelines.
• Prepare and update Bills of Materials, product specifications, and setup sheets.
• Support showroom setup, sample shipments, product presentations, and meeting recap materials.
• Track industry trends and customer preferences to support product development.
