Job summary

3i Construction Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial and public-sector projects from preconstruction thru closeout. You will assist with planning, procurement, cost tracking, scheduling, safety coordination, quality, and stakeholder communication.

The role emphasizes organized project controls, identifying risks early, and delivering practical, safety-focused solutions that protect client relationships and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant construction experience in Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Working knowledge of construction documentation, project controls, contracts, procurement, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination with Owners, Architects, Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, distribute, and track meeting agendas, minutes, action items, decisions, and follow-up responsibilities.
• Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor, subcontractor, and internal coordination meetings as needed.
• Communicate project status, open items, risks, milestones, and recommended actions accurately and promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and responsiveness consistent with 3i's brand and values.
