Clark Construction Group invites driven engineering students to join our internship program in the Baltimore area. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our business from day one through formal training, mentorship, and hands-on experiences across project management, field operations, and business support.

You will be exposed to budgeting, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and safety on active job sites, while developing technical skills and leadership instincts in a high-performance

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) or a master's degree, with an expected graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Review gross billings, track change orders, and subcontractor requisitions.
• Field Management: Monitor quality and safety on jobsites, assist with schedule and site logistics.
• Project Development: Budgeting, estimating, and purchasing to acquire new work and build client relationships.
• Business Operations: Understand essential company functions and how they support project delivery.
• Additional Responsibilities: Exceed client expectations, foster growth, and assist in recruiting top talent.
