Perkins Coie is seeking a midlevel associate to join its expanding Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group in the San Francisco or Palo Alto office. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders.

Compensation range: $260,000 to $365,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
