HIA Group in Austin is seeking junior to mid-level associates for its emerging companies practice, working with founders, startups and venture funds across the full lifecycle from first institutional rounds through exit.

You'll work on seed through late-stage financings, M&A for venture-backed businesses, company formation, equity incentive plans and board advice, drafting and negotiating term sheets, and running deals from diligence to closing in a fast-growing Austin market.

Formación

• Class of 2019 to 2024
• Venture capital and emerging companies experience at a large law firm
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent drafting and deal management skills
• Eligibility to practice law in the State of Texas

A leading global law firm is looking to add junior to mid-level associates to its Austin emerging companies practice. The team works with founders, startups and venture funds across the full lifecycle of a company, from first institutional round through to exit.

Requirements

Compensation:

$260,000 to $430,000 plus bonus, and full benefits.
