Qualifications

• 4–6 years of significant experience in emerging companies and venture capital work.
• Experience with start-ups, seed and venture capital financings, and NVCA documents.
• Some experience with domestic M&A for startups and investors.
• Proactive with strong business sense and ability to manage client relationships.
• Affinity for technology, life sciences, and/or CPG businesses.
• Excellent communication, with clear oral and written expression.
• Entrepreneurial, innovative, and forward-thinking.
• Strong business and legal problem-solving skills and judgement.
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude; willing to take on responsibility.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.
