Job summary

The role spans formation, financing, and M&A across software, enterprise, security, digital health, AI, fintech, gaming, and blockchain sectors.

You will work in a fast-paced, international team, negotiating deals, performing due diligence, and advising clients with a commercial mindset and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience with emerging companies, venture financing and M&A.
• Interact directly with client's senior management.
• Excellent drafting skills and strong academic record.
• Commercial and business awareness; ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong time management; multitask across multiple projects.
• Proactive, self-starter with a client-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Represent emerging technology and life sciences companies and investors in corporate/transaction matters.
• Advise on start-ups, venture financing, corporate formations, shareholder agreements, restructures.
• Drafts for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private equity, and joint ventures.
