Job summary

Wells Enterprises, a Ferrero Company, is seeking a Commercialization Project Manager I to lead cross-functional teams through project management processes. You will monitor timelines, resources, and costs to ensure projects meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Product/Project Management.
• 1–3 years of Commercialization/Product Management experience required.
• Knowledge of Wells policies and procedures and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports cross-functional team through defined Project Management processes/tools to deliver sustainable project executions.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional subject matter experts and communicates goals clearly.
• Develops and executes Project Plans with stakeholders, facilitates meetings, and removes roadblocks.
• Performs risk assessment to minimize risk and tracks success criteria to drive project completion.
