Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking an EW Emerging Capabilities Development Manager to support the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing at Eglin AFB, FL. The role requires leadership across design, development, production, testing, deployment, and sustainment of EW capabilities, with 15–30% travel and a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in engineering or business with at least 12 years in capabilities development and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• 12+ years of experience in capabilities development roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• ACAT-1 program experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel (15–30%).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies and manage EW capability development programs from design to sustainment.
• Ensure alignment with 350 SWW missions and objectives.
• Oversee EW life-cycle projects from conception to execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
