Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in business, communications, PM, or related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable for audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support project coordination to ensure timely delivery.
• Research industry practices and trends to inform decisions.
• Document requirements, business rules, and process flows.
• Develop and maintain testing plans and assist UAT.
• Prepare project updates and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Telecom to validate docs.
• Track milestones and deliverables.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to drive process improvements.
