Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate creative ideas and receive feedback constructively.
• Experience creating digital and marketing assets across multiple channels and platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative mindset, curiosity, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn.
• Passion for the Altra brand and running community.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Altra's brand vision across marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and produce creative assets.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming, briefs, and concept development.
• Execute design projects aligned with brand standards and objectives.
• Assist with eCommerce and marketing photo shoots; production coordination.
• Prepare and share creative concepts and rationale with stakeholders.
• Participate in reviews, critiques, and team meetings for learning and development.
• Work with traffic, production, and marketing partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and improved workflows.
