Job summary

Altra, a VF Corporation brand, seeks a Senior Copywriter to craft brand and product copy for campaigns, launches, emails and social content. You’ll work with the creative leadership to ensure a consistent voice across channels and you will report to the Associate Creative Director.

The role requires 5+ years in agency or in‑house copywriting. A strong portfolio, ability to manage deadlines, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating unique conceptual thinking and engaging copy.
• Experience in a fast-paced creative team environment.
• Ability to manage workload, deadlines, and schedules.
• Understanding of the creative process from briefing through post-production.
• Knowledge of best practices across different channels.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to present work to stakeholders, discussing decisions and strategy in real time.
• Willingness to take direction from Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors while applying constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and shape brand voice and messaging strategy across a wide range of deliverables.
• Elevate the brand voice across high-visibility channels.
• Lead copy across campaigns, website assets, emails, banners, social, video and print.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Associate Creative Directors, Marketers and other teams.
• Own deadlines, align with stakeholders and ensure quality.
• Be a core player in the social production process.
