Qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of professional design, creative, marketing, or related experience preferred.
• Strong design fundamentals and storytelling through design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of creative assets across campaigns, web content, email, digital ads, social, video, print, and retail communications.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and concept development sessions.
• Execute design projects aligned with brand standards and objectives.
• Collaborate with Associate Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Web Developers, Marketers and cross-functional partners.
• Research design trends, consumer insights, and social media to inform concepts.
• Meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
• Assist with eCommerce and marketing photo shoots; coordinate production; studio experience preferred.
• Share creative concepts and rationale with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in project reviews and team meetings to support learning.
• Work with traffic, production, and marketing teams to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Perform additional duties to support the creative team.
