Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional architecture experience.
• Experience with project scheduling and coordination.
• Strong graphic, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with NYC Building Code and Zoning Regulations.
• Experience coordinating with consulting engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing consultants, vendors, and contractors to see projects through to completion.
• Conduct design and zoning feasibility studies.
• Create design documents and filing sets for DOB submissions.
• Manage approval processes for select projects.
• Provide construction administration including site visits and RFIs.
