Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural and/or commercial lending or credit analysis.
• Valid driver’s license required; must meet criteria for use of a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed loan, fee income, and deposit production goals while complying with laws and internal policies.
• Independently prepare and present basic to moderately complex credit write-ups with risk assessments.
• Build strong community relationships to promote Midwest Heritage through professional and civic involvement.
• Collaborate across banking lines to provide holistic financial services to Ag/Commercial clients.
• Assist in marketing of loan programs by monitoring industries and economic trends.
• Support credit operations to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
