Job summary

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets in Chicago area is seeking an Emergency Veterinary Technician Assistant to join our fast‑growing ER team. You will help ensure quality patient care, assist with restraints, document care and support the routine operations of the clinical unit.

The position offers $16 - $21 per hour based on skillset and experience, with opportunities for career growth and a benefits package including health, vision and dental, PTO, and retirement plan.

We are looking for:

Emergency Veterinary Technician Assistant

$16 - $21 based on skillset and experience

Never a dull moment in the ER! Our patients need constant supervision to ensure treatment plans are executed. This department is perfect for someone who can identify patient distress and react accordingly, enjoys assisting with recovery and client follow up and education.

What you’ll do:
