Job summary

RiNoVet in Denver is seeking an overnight Emergency Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) to join our growing emergency practice. You will work with board-certified specialists and a passionate team to deliver high-quality critical care during overnight shifts.

Qualifications include advanced knowledge of emergency medicine, CPR, anesthesia monitoring, and critical care. We value collaboration, adaptability, and a commitment to compassionate client service. Weekend coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of emergency veterinary medicine (CPR, induction/intubation, anesthesia monitoring, phlebotomy, catheterizations, medication administration, restraint, aseptic techniques).
• Ability to work with diverse team members and learning styles; capable of handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and critical care to hospitalized patients.
• Monitor anesthesia and recovery in ICU/ER settings.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and other technicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Overnight and swing shift availability; weekends required.

• Advanced knowledge of emergency veterinary medicine (CPR, induction/intubation, anesthesia monitoring, phlebotomy, catheterizations, medication administration, restraint, aseptic and sterile techniques, critical care monitoring, hospitalized patient care and procedures, etc.)
• Ability to work with different types of people and learning styles, capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Must possess a collaborative mindset open to growth and change as the hospital evolves.
• Schedule availability to work overnight or swing shifts. Weekends are required.
