Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) for Town & Country Veterinary Hospital in San Antonio, TX. You will work to the top of your license, lead clinical care, and support anesthesia, dentistry, diagnostics, and triage.

You’ll participate in a structured career ladder with leadership training, a competitive, transparent pay model, and a strong focus on technician growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas Licensed Veterinary Technician state license.
• Credentialed technicians are the clinical drivers of patient care with a focus on top-of-licence practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia, analgesia, monitoring, and recovery.
• Perform dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy as directed by DVM.
• Conduct in-house lab analyses, sample collection, and diagnostics.
• Lead tech appointments, mentor assistants/externs, and participate in team huddles.
