Emergency Veterinary Clinical Supervisor

Schedule: 3 12‑hour shifts 7a‑7p with every other weekend.

What you’ll do:

• Escalate issues to Clinical Manager.
• Function as a scheduled Clinical Services team member within departments.
• Collaborate with other departments regarding patient and client needs.
• Prioritize and organize workflows for the shift.
• Directly manage Clinical Services team members while on shift, which includes but is not limited to:
  • Managing early call‑ins, early departures, call‑offs, sharing of resources, breaks, and lunches for team members.
  • Assigning team member responsibilities per shift.
  • Addressing process or employee issues during the shift.
  • Communicating schedule changes, performance concerns, and shift issues to the Clinical Manager routinely.
  • Serving as the first‑level responder to client concerns and drug escalations.
  • Training and mentoring new team members.
• Provide input to Clinical Manager on team member performance evaluations.
• Participate in on‑call responsibilities.
• Participate in management or administrative meetings routinely.

Who you are:
