This role involves triaging incoming patients, assisting with treatments, and working closely with both technicians and veterinarians. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic vet assistant experience, and strong communication skills. The position requires flexibility with schedules, including nights and weekends, in a dynamic environment aimed at both personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a veterinary assistant role, preferably in emergency care.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and lift as required for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming patients to guide them toward care.
• Assist with treatments and diagnostics during patient care.
• Work with technicians to manage anesthesia during procedures.
• Set up IV fluids and medication administration.
