PART-TIME VETERINARY ASSISTANT (Urgent Care & Emergency)

Wage Range: $21.00 - $25.00 /hr.

We are a well-established, full-service small animal hospital with a legacy of excellence in Westminster. Our state-of-the-art facility features eight dedicated DVMs and a passionate support team committed to the highest standards of care. We are dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in diagnostics, medical treatments, surgical procedures, and preventative wellness. We provide top-of-the-line medical, surgical, and dental equipment, as well as an in-house IDEXX laboratory and diagnostic ultrasonography.

Your Role

As a Veterinary Assistant, you will be encouraged to work at the top of your skill level and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently.

Responsibilities

• Nursing & Triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes.
• Diagnostics: High-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, and sample collection.
