Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking an Emergency DVM at Church Ranch Veterinary Center in Westminster, CO. The position involves day, swing, and overnight shifts as part of a 24/7 ER team supported by 13 Registered Veterinary Technicians.

Base salary ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 per year, plus production and a pro-sal structure with no negative accrual. Benefits include 3 weeks of PTO, 32 hours of floating holidays, CE allowance, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with 5% match, relocation

Qualifications

• Licensed DVM with emergency/ER experience.
• Willing to work day, swing, and overnight shifts.
• Located in Westminster, CO area or willing to relocate to Westminster.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency veterinary care to patients.
• Collaborate with RVTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Support hospital operations for 24/7 ER coverage.

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 /year base + Production

Pro-Sal with no negative accrual and no deficits

We are a fully comprehensive veterinary hospital and ER with a wide array of services from wellness and preventative care to dentistry, and surgery.
