This role supports doctors and technicians in a fast-paced environment, performing triage, exams, and interventions to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position requires at least 2 years of veterinary assistant experience, with potential for growth through mentorship and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as veterinary assistant.
• Experience in triage, Sub‑Q injections, history taking, restraint, assisting with exams, and radiographs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to all patients.
• Greet patients and owners, weigh and log vital signs on arrival.
• Triage patients, perform exams, and administer meds as directed by the DVM/LVTs.
• Assist doctors and technicians with medications and patient restraint.
• Perform lab tests and radiographs; operate hospital equipment.
