VEG ER for Pets is seeking dedicated Veterinary Assistants to join our emergency care teams. You will deliver compassionate nursing care, monitor patients, and assist with medications, IV therapies, and diagnostics in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and patient monitoring.
• Triage incoming patients using fundamental assessment skills.
• Administer subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous medications & monitor for adverse effects.
• Set up and monitor IV therapies and blood products.
• Collaborate with licensed veterinary staff on outpatient and inpatient care.
