VEG, a rapidly growing emergency veterinary company, is seeking compassionate nursing staff to join our dedicated team in Chapel Hill, NC. You will provide essential nursing care, monitor patients, and assist with anesthesia, IV therapies, and emergency treatments in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Treat each patient and customer with compassion and care.
• Perform basic to intermediate nursing tasks, patient monitoring, and treatments.
• Triage incoming patients using knowledge of diseases, assessments, and monitoring parameters.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies.
• Support inpatient and outpatient care, and participate in patient rounds for continuity of care.
• Be trained to perform CPR as a RECOVER Certified Rescuer.
• Assist with anesthesia setup and monitoring under supervision.
• Place and maintain urinary catheters and oxygen delivery systems.
• Collaborate with licensed veterinary technicians as part of the nursing team.
• Pursue guided growth pathways including credentialing, trainer roles, and leadership.
