Capital Veterinary Specialists, JAX is seeking a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join Thrive Pet Healthcare. You will deliver real-time emergency care, manage hospitalized cases, and develop treatment plans in a collaborative team.

Compensation is competitive with production opportunities and a PROSAL full-time range starting at $180K/year, with benefits and ongoing professional growth within Thrive's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• DVM / VMD or equivalent degree required.
• Active State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
• Emergency medicine experience or completion of a small animal emergency internship is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care for sick and injured patients and manage hospitalized cases.
• Assess and diagnose patients, develop and oversee treatment plans.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Perform surgeries, deliver critical care, and maintain exceptional service standards.
