The Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin (PESCM) is the only emergency and specialty hospital in Marin County and has proudly served the community since 1998. Our 2025 expansion includes a 15‑room exam suite, central ICU, 5 operating rooms, MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, radiology suites, and dedicated endoscopy and ultrasound rooms. The team includes 15+ experienced emergency doctors, 3 criticalists, 4 internists, 3 surgeons, 2 radiologists, 2 neurologists, 2 cardiologists, 2 oncologists, 2 ophthalmologists, and an anesthesiologist. We also host rotating interns and doactics for the entire hospital.
