is proud to offer our Emergency Veterinarian Mentorship Training Program, EmERge. Our EmERge program helps you obtain the skills and confidence needed to be a successful Emergency Veterinarian at our state-of-the-art hospitals. The program begins in January and June annually.

Requirements for consideration:

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary school.
• Passed (or pending) the NAVLE.
• Eligible for or hold a license to practice in the desired state.

Program Structure :

EmERge is a two-year program divided into three phases:

1. Phase one: 14 weeks of accelerated training with labs, lectures, discussions, and rotations in internal medicine, surgery, emergency, and critical care. Salary: $120,000.
2. Phase two: 18 weeks of immersive hands-on training with a clinician mentor.
3. Phase three: 20 weeks of experiential ER shifts with ongoing mentoring.
