Ethos Veterinary Health invites veterinarians to join the ER Immerse Mentorship Program in Cincinnati and Dayton, OH. This 6–9 month training tracks doctors into emergency care with dedicated mentorship and a clear pathway to an ER clinician role.

Participants rotate through Emergency, Critical Care, Cardiology, Oncology, Surgery, Radiology and more, while building medical knowledge, client communication, and life-work balance.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and eligibility to practice in the United States.
• Work authorization in the United States required; visa sponsorship not available.
• Strong interest in emergency medicine and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the ER Immerse mentorship, rotating through emergency services.
• Develop clinical skills and professional communication with clients and team.
• Commit to 6–9 months of training followed by ER position in Dayton or Cincinnati.
