Job summary

Saint Francis Veterinary Specialists, part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, seeks a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to provide urgent care, supervise hospitalized patients, and support a busy ER with a collaborative team. The role includes surgeries, critical care, and a path to leadership within Thrive's growing network.

Competitive base pay with production opportunities and up to $75K sign-on bonus and up to $25K retention bonus over 3 years, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional

Qualifications

DVM or equivalent degree required.
Active state veterinary license in the intended state of employment.
Active DEA license or eligibility.
Emergency medicine experience or internship highly recommended.

Responsibilities

Provide emergency care for sick and injured patients.
Manage hospitalized cases with the care team.
Assess, diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients.
Perform surgeries and deliver critical care as needed.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
