Emergency Medicine Veterinarian | Be a Founding Member of Our New 24/7 ER Team. Midwest Animal Hospital is expanding in 2026 to launch a comprehensive 24-hour Emergency & Critical Care service, and we r seeking skilled, dedicated Emergency Veterinarians to join us at the ground level.

• Compensation and Relocation: ProSal model with base ranges of $140k €“$150k for new grads and $160k €“$175k+ for experienced ER veterinarians. Plus a $20k+ sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment options.
• Advanced Resources: Access cutting-edge diagnostics and surgical tools, including digital radiology, CT, ultrasound with certified technicians, endoscopy, and laser therapy.

Your Role

• Perform hands-on emergency medicine and soft tissue surgery cases such as GDVs, foreign body removals, splenectomies, lacerations, and amputations.
• Help shape our new ER protocols, culture, and workflows—your input will be valued and impactful.
