Job Overview

Crossroads Animal Emergency is an emergency hospital focused on emergency medicine, urgent care, and referral support. The hospital operates 24/7 and emphasizes teamwork, quality medicine, clear communication, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency veterinary services across all shifts, including triage, diagnostics, treatment, and post‑operative monitoring.
• Work collaboratively with specialists and a team‑based environment.
• Support urgent care and referral patients as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

DVM or equivalent required.

Active State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state of employment, obtained before start date.

Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure.

Strong experience in emergency medicine, including prior direct emergency care, small animal rotations, or internship is strongly recommended.

Compensation

Annual base range $200,000–$250,000, negotiated based on credentials and experience. Sign‑on bonus up to $75,000.
