Crossroads Animal Emergency is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join our team in Norwalk, California. This Full Time position operates within the Thrive Pet Healthcare network, offering strong support, resources, and a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Open 24/7 with a busy client base, we value reliability, teamwork, and compassionate patient care. Compensation includes a sign-on bonus up to $75,000 and a negotiable PROSAL full-time range starting at $200,000–$250,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• Active State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the intended state.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
• Experience in emergency medicine including work experience, small animal rotating or emergency internships strongly recommended.

Crossroads Animal Emergency is an emergency hospital focusing on emergency medicine, urgent care, and referral support. Reliability, teamwork, and strong clinical judgment are all equally important.

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Experience & Skills Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.

State Veterinary Board License:

Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment

Obtained prior to start date

Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.

Experience in emergency medicine including work experience, small animal rotating or emergency internships is strongly recommended.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $200,000-$250,000/year, with a sign-on bonus up to $75,000. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
