Fort Collins Veterinary Emergency Hospital is seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants to join our fast-paced emergency team. We offer a part-time role with schedule Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 3pm - 12am, in Fort Collins, CO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of veterinary experience required.
• Emergency experience preferred.
• LVT/RVT/CVT encouraged but not required.
• Strong technical skills and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced ER.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians in emergency exams, treatments, and procedures.
• Assist with surgeries, anesthesia monitoring, and post-operative care.
• Provide nursing care and first aid to critical and recovering patients.
• Monitor and interpret patient vitals and collect samples for basic in-house diagnostics.
• Operate radiology and other diagnostic equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Document patient care and medical records; maintain sterile treatment areas.
