Mission Pet Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian for a full-time, on-site role. This position focuses on medical excellence, mentoring DVMs, and driving hospital performance within a collaborative team.

You will lead clinical quality, work with leadership on annual operating plans, and represent the hospital in community engagements while supporting team growth and education.

Competenze

• DVM degree and a valid state license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of practical clinical experience.
• Servant leadership mentality with alignment to core values and collaborative relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of financial and operating management of a hospital.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook.

Mansioni

• Mentor and develop associate veterinarians and partner with the Practice Manager to build a healthy team.
• Drive continuous improvement of patient care and client service.
• Lead monthly doctor meetings and supervise externship/mentorship programs.
• Set standards for clinical quality and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
