BluePearl Pet Hospital in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Emergency Clinician to join our growing ER team. You will provide high-quality emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats, stabilize critically ill patients, and collaborate with specialists across a multidisciplinary hospital.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent with an active Florida veterinary license.
• Experience in emergency medicine or willingness to develop in EM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Excellent communication with clients, colleagues and referring veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency and urgent care to dogs and cats.
• Perform comprehensive exams and develop diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Stabilize and manage critically ill or injured patients.
• Perform emergency procedures as appropriate to training and experience.
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff for optimal care.
• Coordinate with specialists for advanced or multidisciplinary cases.
• Communicate patient status and follow-up care to clients and referring vets.
• Participate in a collaborative hospital environment with knowledge-sharing.
