MedVet Wilmette, a state-of-the-art 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital near Chicago, is seeking a Veterinary Clinical Manager to lead a fast-paced clinical team. Reporting to Hospital Director and Medical Director, the Clinical Manager will promote a culture of collaboration, foster career development, and cultivate inclusivity.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care and a superior client experience while supporting growth across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department resources and tools are available to deliver the MedVet Experience.
• Coach team on process improvement and efficiency.
• Develop and monitor schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Manage departmental finances and health.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing performance feedback and development plans.
