Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in automotive, truck, heavy equipment, or fleet maintenance, with emergency vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform routine maintenance on emergency vehicles to prevent wear and ensure reliability.
• Conduct fluid changes and annual inspections.
• Maintain detailed service records in compliance with NFPA, DOT, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Respond to urgent repair calls in the field and coordinate towing when needed.
• Collaborate with fire personnel to report issues and explain technical problems clearly.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry developments.
