Job summary

You will greet families, handle front-desk tasks, register patients in the EMR, verify demographics, collect payments, and help coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• CNA or MA preferred; BLS certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Experience with electronic health records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographics in the EMR.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and insurance authorizations.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, and maintain patient confidentiality.
