Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a full-time emergency medicine ultrasound director to join The Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York. Board-certified or board-eligible in EM with ultrasound fellowship required; strong passion for resident education.

The program includes a large EM residency, affiliation with Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and opportunities for leadership and teaching. TBHC is a teaching hospital with 464 beds and serves 70,000+ patients yearly; live in NYC while working

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine and completed ultrasound fellowship.
• Experience/interest in resident education and program leadership.
• Strong clinical and teaching skills in emergency medicine ultrasound.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ED ultrasound program and faculty.
• Educate EM residents and fellows in ultrasound use and protocols.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to advance education and patient care.
