Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Executive - Director of Emergency Services to lead the Emergency Department operations, supervise nursing staff, and partner with the Director of Patient Care Services to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a BSN (preferred), current RN license in Colorado or a compact state, 5+ years of leadership, and the ability to take bedside shifts as needed. 13-week contract with day shifts, Monday–Friday, rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years, with leadership experience within the last 2 years.
• Training and experience in Emergency Department setting required.
• Colorado or compact state RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of patient care, nursing staff, and ED operations.
• Partner with the Director of Patient Care Services to support daily ED operations.
• Ensure staffing and clinical standards are maintained.
• Take bedside shifts as needed.
