Job summary

Twin Cities Transport & Recovery (TCTR) is seeking an Emergency Towing & Recovery Operator for light and heavy-duty work across Crystal, Oakdale, Plymouth, St Paul and White Bear Lake. You will respond to crashes, breakdowns, and off-road recoveries, and communicate professionally with responders, customers, and staff.

Maintain a safe, positive work environment daily. Paid training is provided with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• DOT Health Card is required.
• Drug free and clean background check.
• Acceptable/insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency towing and recovery incidents promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with responders, customers and staff.
• Keep trucks and equipment in safe, compliant condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and use mobile apps for job updates.
