Job summary

Northwell Health Physician Partners seeks Board Certified/Board Eligible Telepsychiatrists to join our Behavioral Health Telepsychiatry team at our Midtown Manhattan office. The position offers full-time or part-time shifts, with 12-hour blocks and overnight options, supported by clinicians and staff.

Telepsychiatry delivers care to adult and pediatric patients via videoconferencing, 24/7, across ED and non-ED settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed in NYS and board-eligible or board-certified in psychiatry.
• Experience in emergency psychiatry preferred.
• Ability to assess ED and CL patients across ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide telepsychiatry consultations and diagnostic services via videoconferencing.
• Assess ED and CL patients of all ages in a 24/7 telehealth setting.
• Work 12-hour shifts within a state-of-the-art telepsychiatry service.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health Counselor and support staff.
• Engage in academic appointments, teaching and leadership opportunities.
