Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise adult homeless clients in an emergency shelter, ensuring access to housing, meals and services.
• Intake of applicants to assess housing needs and benefits services.
• Develop and manage day-to-day shelter operations.
• Supervise engagement activities to promote a safe environment.
• Document case records and incident reports accurately.
• Respond to emergencies including medical/behavioral incidents and evacuations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming facility and manage supplies.
• Coordinate with staff, law enforcement, and partners as needed.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings.
